• A non-refundable deposit of £75 per week is necessary to confirm a booking and is payable upon booking. Cheques (payable to Hall Farm Cottages) and online banking is accepted. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival (no reminder will be sent). If booking less than 8 weeks before proposed arrival payment is due in full.
• Once a booking is confirmed a legal contract has been entered into and in the event of cancellation the full amount must be paid. You may wish to take out cancellation insurance (details of which will be sent with confirmation of booking).
• No receipt is sent for balance of payment unless requested.
• Electricity and central heating is included in the price.
• Bed linen, towels etc. are provided and beds made up ready for arrival.
• Cars, luggage and all personal effects are at guests risks at all times.
• Any breakages or damages must be reported and paid for.
• Cottages are available from 3pm onwards. Please vacate by 10am; this allows for any maintenance required between lettings.
• Please leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as it was found on arrival.
• Regrettably, pets cannot be accepted.
• Smoking is not permitted in the cottage, but is acceptable outside – please show consideration for other guests and pick up any cigarette ends.
