COVID-19

We know  it’s a stressful time for you all without knowing when and where you can go on holiday this year, but wouldn’t it would be lovely to have a plan in hand?! We just ask for £100 deposit which can be refunded or moved to a different date if we still have to remain closed. We won’t take a balance for your 2020 booking until our opening dates are confirmed from the UK Government.

Waters Edge sleeps 7; we accept dogs; we’re 3 mins from the beach; the views to the sea and beach are spectacular. Visit our website for further information or contact us.

Happy hunting for your perfect holiday.

As you will be aware we are currently in an unprecedented situation due to the Coronavirus sweeping through our shores. As the government has quite rightly instructed us to ‘Stay Home’ we have made a difficult decision to block out our calendar up to and including the 3rd July 2020. We have made this decision to protect our guests, our family and our fabulous housekeeper during this difficult period, and we will be reviewing this regularly based on advice and updates from the UK Government.
As and when the situation changes we will update this website, but if you have any concerns about future bookings or wish to make a future booking then please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Set in the pretty village of Sedgeberrow in The Vale of Evesham at the foot of the Cotswolds, Hall Farm Cottages have beautiful views over hills and fields.

In the Heart of England, just 30 miles from Birmingham, 50 from Bristol and 100 from London, the cottages are easily accessible from just about anywhere, and an ideal place from which to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas or merely relax in the garden, swim in the pool, or try a spot of fishing along the riverbank!

Four beautiful barn conversions await you with peace and quiet prevailing. Each cottage contains a wealth of original features including exposed beams and bricks, whilst creating an extremely well-equipped and comfortable space to allow you to get the most out of your well-earned holiday.
The main garden has tables and chairs for each cottage and is fenced in for the safety of children, whilst the extended grounds include an orchard (help yourself to fruit) and a large expanse of lawn.
Children are extremely welcome and we will endeavour to accommodate your requests for baby/child related things – from cot to steriliser to toys. On your arrival you can expect a warm welcome with a few goodies and a bottle of wine beckoning.

Grooms Cottage has just had a mini makeover with a brand new bathroom and new linen, cushions and blankets.

Our cottages have just become more luxurious with the bedrooms having a make-over: crisp white bed linen, huge soft pillows, feather duvets (non-feather available on request), and some fabulous new soft blankets – cosy up on those chilly evenings….

Bookings run Friday- Friday giving you the flexibility to book long weekends, or merely allowing you to have a whole weekend at home after your week’s holiday.

Sedgeberrow is a thriving village with a lovely pub serving home-cooked food, and a church, both within 200yds of the cottage.

We are pleased to announce that from 2018 Dogs are accepted into Moat Path Cottage.
